FABULOUS! I loved that the box was just the right size for the mat -- no extra bulky box shape filled with plastic peanuts -- which speaks to the product itself -- a NATURAL rubber backing! No stinky chemical smells. Smelled like nothing right our of the box. (yay!)
And your care instructions are going to be helpful for my sister-in-law, who of course has a bernedoodle. :-)
I loved the fact that the mat is more soft than other ones, and yet will still catch dirt from sandy paws (and I don't think this one will irritate those sandy paws, either).
Thank you for the generous coupon, and again -- the presentation of the mat in the packaging was so clean and pleasant-looking.
Top-notch service, quality, and happiness all in one box! Can't believe a doormat and its packaging was so much fun. Good on ya!
:-)

Didn't receive my order and there is no way to call the company to get information. Just an endless loop online. If you are going to conduct business and take peoples money, stand behind it and provide a phone number
